Fish Caught With Flies

Went fishing last summer and caught these two beauties while practicing my fly fishing 'technique' at the new pond at Devil's Thumb Ranch.

And a special thanks to Picasa from Google for making my picture posting life a lot easier.

Back-log Snow Report Fiesta

Starting with a some photos that were taken from a weekend trip in February (I believe), I'm attempting to document the remaining portion of my 2005/2006 ski season.

So here's some photos from a trip that took place on or around the weekend of the February 25th at the Winter Park resort. Lots of snow has fallen in the hills of the Fraser Valley up to now - what a season! Funny thing, not much powder fell much past this date. A very dry March and April proceeded the clock-work like February weekend down pours. As always, here are some results from a classic Winter Park ski weekend:

-Here's a shot from the top of Mary Jane looking towards James Peak

-Looking up at Parsenn Bowl, Mary Jane. I know this is our bowl... Ahhh Vail, Copper, etc...

-The large rocks on Coupler were finally getting loaded with a nice base coat

-Yes, more Divide shots

-More trees and snow on Coupler, Mary Jane side

-Sending you off with Webster
