Copper Mountain Colorado

Did a few laps on the back bowls, broke my ski, got some new skis, ended up toasting to a great day over some beers as the base village. That's the short story version.... Here's some pics of the great mountains surrounding Copper Mountain.

Weekend Forecast: Questionable

Had an interesting weekend of skiing at Winter Park. Saturday weather: snowy, cold, 4" of fresh powder. And not the heavy cement that i'm used to, we're talking cold fluffy pow that usualy falls in December.
Sunday, however, was more what I was expecting. mid 50's with lots of spring skiing conditions. My kind of weather for tailgating. Oh yea, and lots of mogul runs on the Jane.
